On July 15, 2019 Sberbank reported that Corus Consulting CIS (enters an ecosystem of Sberbank) updated possibilities of Business Travel service, having simplified process of a design of a business trip which became quicker and more conveniently.

Business Travel is inside "Sberbank Business Online". The organization of business trips in the companies — purchase of an avia - and railway tickets, hotel booking and obtaining the closing documents — occurs in the mode of one window. The service automatically creates the expense report, the order on a business trip and an office task, and all necessary closing documents will be available in electronic form. These opportunities are given free of charge for all clients of Business Travel.

One more option of service — room reservation in hotels. To services of users — more than one million subjects to placement from apartments to hotels worldwide. Most of sellers of hotels increases the prices at the expense of the commission in 5–15%. On March 20, 2019 Sberbank provided an online service for the organization of business trips, purchases of train and air tickets and armoring of hotels for legal entities — Business Travel. Service is developed and is supported by subsidiary company of bank — Corus Consulting CIS LLC.

Business Travel allows users Sberbank Business Online to pay all purchases using the bank card or directly from a checking account of the company, without the need for preliminary introduction of any deposit.

The expanded rate of Service gives the chance to automatically prepare traveling documents for a design of a trip (a traveling task, the expense report) and also documents for compensation of the VAT.

All set of traveling documents is stored in the uniform place in Service. It allows the staff of the organization to file documents on results of a business trip that they were timely reflected in accounting without delays.

The closing documents for the purchased tickets and room reservation in hotels (acts and invoices) at the end of the month automatically are sent to the client in electronic form through service of electronic document management E-invoicing integrated into Sberbank Business Online. It allows clients to receive all document package necessary for compensation of the VAT at once.

All corporate clients of Sberbank – users of Sberbank Business Online Internet bank can use Business Travel service. Business Travel can be also integrated into other corporate electronic systems — it can be configured under individual requirements of the company.
