"Retail edzhensa transport" carried out test runs using electronic way bills

On March 22, 2019 the Directum company reported that Retail transport edzhensi LLC (RTA) tests the solution of Synerdocs — exchange of electronic way bills with clients.

The Retail Edzhensa Transport company works (RTA) at the market of automobile cargo transportation and delivers goods across Russia and neighboring countries. Large producers, distributors and retailers use services of RTA.

Test runs using electronic way bills (ETRN) took place at the beginning of March, 2019. The company carried out the first cargo transportation without papers to Moscow area.

Having completed test runs, representatives of RTA noted advantages of ETRN:

• it is in electronic form simpler to work with all: to heads, warehouse workers and drivers;
• it is possible to reduce costs: there is no need to print documents, to pay for mail and courier services;
• process of delivery of a load accelerates, beginning from automatic setting in an electronic queue on arrival of the machine at the check point, finishing with signing of documents;
• payment for services takes place quicker: all parties sign delivery notes in couple of clicks, it is not necessary to wait for obtaining paper originals;
• at any time in service it is possible to check where there is a delivery note and by whom it is signed;
• it is convenient to store documents, search of ETRN takes a couple of minutes.

Gradually also our clients, among especially active — suppliers of Wildberries began to use electronic way bills. Upon transition to electronic document management there are also difficulties.
