Bashim switched to inter-corporate document management at Synerdocs

On March 22, 2019, DIRECTUM announced that BASHKIM had switched to inter-corporate document management at Synerdocs.

According to the company, the trading house Bashkir Chemistry, Bashkir Soda Company and Bereznikovsky Soda Plant are now exchanging electronic documents at Synerdocs. Thanks to the service of the enterprise, BASHKHIM groups accelerated the processing of orders for the shipment of products, reduced the cost of sending and storing documents, and ensured transparency of operations.

The initiator of the introduction of electronic document management with the help of Synerdocs was the Trading House "Bashkhim." Trading house "Bashkhim" was created in 2013. From now on, employees of the company work in the ECM-system DIRECTUM. The transition to inter-corporate document management (ICD) started in 2018.

The first stage was automated interaction with product suppliers - the Bashkir Soda Company and the Bereznikovsky Soda Plant. Since the end of 2018, BASHKHIM Group enterprises have been exchanging not only electronic orders, but also universal transfer documents (UPD). The monthly volume of document flow is up to 9,000 copies.

To build a single continuous process of creating, processing, coordinating, monitoring, presenting and storing documents, an integration solution was required. His work involves the system "Galaxy ERP," the ECM-system DIRECTUM, the service for exchanging legally significant documents Synerdocs:

The integration solution allowed the specialized divisions of BASHKHIM Group companies to work in the usual interfaces of the systems: in order to send or receive initial documentation or order, you do not need to connect to the web client of the exchange service. For the convenience of users, different modes of uploading documents have been created. Access to them for each organization is configured separately.

Thanks to the transition to the ICD, we significantly reduced the time for the preparation of documents, accelerated their passage through the chain of agreement, signing, etc. As of March 2019, this process takes a matter of minutes. We excluded the loss of orders for the shipment of products and got rid of the routine paper exchange of primary documents.
