Evrotsement group implements an equipment monitoring system based on Micron RFID tags

On March 27, 2019 Mikron reported that at 14 Russian enterprises of Evrotsement group holding the system of mobile monitoring of a production equipment based on Micron RFID tags for carrying out checkups is implemented. Lipetsktsement and Kavkaztsement became the first plants where marked more than 1000 production units.

The implemented RFID system reduces the term of performing diagnostics that promotes timely identification and prevention of possible problems. Application of a system of mobile monitoring allows us to increase effective management of risks, - Yaroslav Stoupa, the Vice president for production and technical development of EVROTSEMENT Group noted.

Within this project 7000 RFID tags developed and made on Micron are made, - Gulnara Hasyanova, the CEO of PJSC Mikron reported. – Mikron has considerable experience in area of automation of production processes including on own production capacities. Risk minimization, connected with influence of a human factor at control of operation of the equipment - one of relevant tasks for large enterprises which effectively is solved RFID marking is an important step to automation of technical processes.

The objects which are subject to control are marked by the tags of high-frequency and ultrahigh-frequency range strengthened by RFID. Reading, data recording on a tag of utilization properties of the equipment is performed via mobile devices of identification of the equipment.
