2025: Novo Forecast Enterprise Rollout Begins

Representatives of the Stupinsky Chemical Plant on October 6, 2025 announced the launch of a joint project with Novo BI to implement a digital demand forecasting and supply chain management system based on Novo Forecast Enterprise software.

Implementation of the system will allow:

• Automate demand forecasting processes using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  The system will take over some of the routine calculations, and experts will be able to focus on making better decisions. This approach accelerates the work of many divisions and makes the business response to market changes more flexible.
• Improve forecast accuracy by taking into account factors of structural change in demand, promotions, new products, etc.
  This will help avoid overproduction or shortages by optimizing inventory and reducing logistics costs.
• Improve communications between departments of the company by digitalizing the processes of coordination of plans and factors affecting demand.
  As a result, the decision-making process will accelerate: all departments will operate in a single digital space.
• Optimize supply chain management.
  Optimization will minimize the costs associated with the production, transportation, storage and distribution of goods.

The project is being implemented within the framework of the digital transformation strategy of the plant and is aimed at increasing business competitiveness through the introduction of modern technologies.
