On March 27, 2019 the company KRUG Scientific and production firm reported that it together with NTF "Mikroniks" developed and implemented based on the SCADA KRUG-2000 dispatching system of road and transport objects of the automatic deicing system (ADS) on several transport hubs of Moscow and the Moscow region.

According to the company, the Northeast chord (other name – Northern Lateral Road) is a trunk which connects three districts of the capital: the North, the East and the southeast, is the trunk street of 1 class with a continuous duty of the movement. It connects large automobile trunks – Izmaylovsky, Shchyolkovo, Dmitrovsky, Altufyevsky and Otkrytoye Highway. The project is executed for the purpose of program implementation of construction and reconstruction of the road and bridge objects provided by the Master plan of development of the city of Moscow till 2020.

The system implementation purpose – maintenance in proper condition a roadbed at adverse weather conditions using automatic and manual supervisory control by the equipment of a deicing system.

On an automated workplace of the manager working under management SCADA KRUG-2000 data from a meteorological station (air temperature, a dew point, a relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, type and an amount of precipitation), paving state-of-health data (covering temperature, environment freezing temperature) and technology these operation of the equipment of the FPÖ arrive.

System implementation will allow to lower emergency situations on the controlled sections of the road connected with deterioration in a status of a roadbed at adverse weather conditions.

The KRUG company performs works on engineering and a remote commissioning of a system. The Mikroniks company executes delivery of control cabinets and development of the application software of controllers.

For March, 2019 the works on expansion of dispatching system of objects of the FPÖ including overpasses No. 4, No. 6, No. 7, No. 9 and transport tunnel No. 3 on road section from Kiev to Kaluzhskoye Highway are conducted. In the long term schedulings are subject 3 more transport hubs of Moscow and the Moscow region.
