"The first Bit" automated financial and management accounting in the Engineering center "Unimatik"

On March 28, 2019 The First Beat company announced implementation in the Engineering center "Unimatik" of a system "bits.FINANS / Management accounting". Thanks to it control of cash flow of the enterprise increased that allowed to reduce terms of formation of the financial and management reporting.

In the Engineering center "Unimatik" it was required to increase efficiency of conducting financial and management accounting. Before the staff of the enterprise spent a lot of time for manual formation of necessary reports.

To automate their preparation, specialists of the Ekaterinburg office of companies "The First Beat" together with department of analytics of Unimatik company carried out the analysis of business processes. On the basis of the acquired information they developed a technique which as much as possible was suitable for conducting financial and management accounting at the enterprise. Then experts of First Bit jointly with specialists of Unimatik company implemented in the company the software product "bits.FINANS / Management accounting". A system was suitable for automation of the developed technique.

In the first months after implementation of IT solution the Unimatik company could create the consolidated information base on management and finance and to begin planning of the budget for long term, to carry out the plan-fact analysis and to quickly obtain all necessary management information. All this allowed top management of the enterprise to make more weighed management decisions.
