The start of the joint project was announced in April, 2018. In August "VTB Pension fund" conducted a customer satisfaction level research: 92% of respondents noted high quality of the consultations provided through "Omnichat". Service allows clients of non-state pension fund to obtain information from specialists online using any devices (the computer tablet, the mobile phone, etc.). Consultations through Omnichat are available through a widget on the official site of fund and also through messenger Viber. Most often clients of fund are interested in the account status, conditions of payments and order of legal succession, notify the staff of fund on changes in personal data.
Service is used for work with the entering addresses, further "VTB the Pension fund" is going to hold consultations with the help of Omnichat at involvement of new clients.
