Smooth operation of ULISSE EVO is possible in the range of external temperatures from -40 °C to + 65 °C as the outdoor video camera has the body corresponding to classes of climatic protection IP66/IP67/IP68, NEMA 4X, 6P and shock resistance of IK10. Special processing of aluminum surfaces and use of a tekhnopolimer do the camera body corrosion resistant. At the same time the rotary outdoor video camera of the EVO series is easier, than the ULISSE models of the previous generations, and only 7.1 kg weigh. In ARMO-Systems reported that this video camera is delivered with the window wiper, and it can be retrofitted optionally by the external Videotec WASPT washer with the reservoir for liquid and the pump.

Simultaneous transfer up to 3 independent flows of video with Full HD 1080p permission allows to implement different opportunities of video control using one ULISSE EVO outdoor camera. At the same time the speed of each flow can reach 60 fps at the expense of what, according to the producer, the outdoor rotary video camera will be effective for monitoring of scenes with dynamically changing situation and the fast-proceeding processes. The model uses the highly sensitive Exmor R sensor, supports H.264 video codecs/AVC, MJPEG, MPEG4 and different technologies of quality improvement of video signal among which WDR is 120 dB, color acutance improvement, 2D and 3D - filters of decrease noise a component signal, Antituman, etc.

According to the statement ARMO-Systems, more than 10 options of installation of the EVO video camera allow to set it in different provision and to provide effective video surveillance behind city streets, highways and important infrastructure facilities. The provided outdoor rotary video camera can be installed in the inverted provision, similar to Speed Dome cameras and also vertically on support, on corners of buildings, etc. using the optional Videotec adapters manufactured of the electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel. For connection simplification the producer releases street adapters with internal cable channel, connectors for connection to Ethernet, the power source and/or input-output. The reliable and high-precision turning gear of the outdoor video camera allows to perform panning on 360 ° with speeds in the range from 0.1 to 250 ° / page. For video control process automation the outdoor rotary video camera supports 250 preset and rounds of patrol. In addition to this ULISSE EVO it is supplied with a lens with a 30-fold optical zoom (4.5-135 mm) that allows to conduct detailed observation of remote sections of an object. This rotary video camera is available in two standard colors: black (UE21F000A model) or gray-white (UE21A000A model).
