Forbank implemented the system of electronic storage of client documents R-chive from RDTECH

2019: Completion of product introduction "R-chive. Electronic archive"

On April 2, 2019 RDTECH reported that together with JSC CB Forbank completed the project on implementation of the software product "R-chive. Electronic archive" on the Alfresco ECM platform.

The implemented solution "R-chive. Electronic archive" allowed bank to accelerate verification process of documents of the client, including due to control of completeness of the provided documents; lower labor costs on maintaining the centralized archive of documents; increase customer service quality due to quick search of necessary documents.

During improvement of workflows of bank need of further optimization of the transactions and procedures connected with document flow became obvious. When choosing the solution for automation of work with client documents we stopped on R-chive – electronic archive from RDTECH which allows to automate the main business processes on work with client documents, providing online access of staff of Forbank to the uniform centralized storage of documents. 2018: Adding of a possibility of movement of documents between sections

At the end of 2018 the functionality of the solution regarding work with documents was finished: the feature for movement of documents between sections is added and also the structure of the directory for individuals is updated.

2017: Beginning of cooperation

Cooperation of JSC CB Forbank and JSC RDTECH in creation of the functionality automating centralized accounting and storage of electronic images of primary documents of the client on settlement and cash services and on the credits of legal entities and physical persons began in April, 2017. In November, 2017 acceptance tests which confirmed readiness for input of the software product "to R-chive were successfully undergone . Electronic archive" in commercial operation.
