The consulting company BrightConsult [1] (file) completed an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in the Naytek Instruments company promoting in the Russian market of modern technologies and the equipment for the physical and chemical analysis and also deliveries of supplies.

Improvement of business processes of commercial divisions, change of approaches in work with partners and customers and also development of methods of the analysis and sales planning and service maintenance was the purpose of system implementation.

During the project modules of Sale, Marketing and Service were implemented, necessary regulations are developed for sale of different categories of products, integration with postal service and office equipment is configured. Import of the product directory is executed, the reporting packet is developed.

As a result of implementation the company could systematize collection of information about customers for use of individual approach in service of each client, carry out customer segmentation and consider features of each target group, create own sales policy, predict and plan works in the field of sales, provide control of passing of transactions, arrange data on requests and service addresses, estimate results of the marketing companies.
