Sapphire Software package

The SAPPHIRE PC is the software package allowing to automate key processes, functions and problems of budget process at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and at the level of municipal entities without restrictions in terms of the scope of of the developed solutions (volume of the stored data, complexity of calculations, the number of users, etc.) and also a configuration and hierarchy of the used infrastructure.

Compatibility with Red OS

On April 5, 2019 the Red Soft company reported that together with "NPO SAPFIR within the set technology partnership held testing for compatibility of the products. Developers confirmed full-fledged and smooth operation of the ISUF and SAPPHIRE PC PCs software products on the RED OS operating system. Read more here.

Possibilities of the Sapphire PC

According to information for April, 2019 the software package allows to implement:

• storage and use of the data required for successful and reliable design of the budget (data on budget implementation, statistical data, budgets of previous years, etc.);
• smoothly running and transparent process of work with changes – operational adjustment of the plan, making changes on course of execution of the budget;
• diversity of calculation of the budget and possibility of comparison of data about account and revenues of the budget for the different periods (including provided in different classifications);
• collective work of specialists in development process of the budget;
• creation of user groups, differentiation of access rights to data and functionality of a software package;
• setup of final data mapping;
• ability to integrate with other systems.

The SAPPHIRE PC is the cross-platform multi-user solution constructed on the basis of microservice architecture. The software package supports a possibility of deployment in the form of distributed system with the horizontal scaling allowing at the large volume of requests to a software package to use a set of computing powers of several servers.
