Automation of operational accounting based on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. TOIR Management of repairs and hardware maintenance" in Abinsky Electric Steelworks LLC company

  • Maintenance:
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made

Description

  • For effective operation of the production park the enterprise needs to control quickly a condition of equipment, to timely carry out scheduled preventive works, to control observance of maintenance schedules and repair, in time to buy necessary spare parts and materials. For the solution of assigned tasks, the choice was stopped on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. TOIR Management of repairs and hardware maintenance".
  • As partners the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" on the basis of the provided experience and a customer feedback. In the course proyektaspetsialist of 1C: The first BIT installed and configured a system, provided user training.

The solution of assigned tasks was possible thanks to automation of the following functions:

  • Management of warehouse stocks
  • Reservation of Inventories
  • Management of fixed asset maintenances (CMM, EAM)
  • Material requirement planning
  • Capacity requirements planning

As a result of the implemented system in the company:

  • Formation of diagrams of the scheduled preventive works (SPW) accelerated.
  • Up-to-date information about the stock balance, materials and spare parts released on execution of works and also about the actual material consumption is always available.
  • Directors timely obtain all necessary correct analytical information necessary for adoption of the solutions, most profitable to the company. It, along with optimization of work of departments of technical services, MTS and financiers, helps to reduce repair costs and service, to increase return of the equipment and to increase profitability of all enterprise.

  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Training in group at office of the customer
  • Installation inastroyka of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment
