On April 8, 2019 Loymax Solution reported that the TERVOLINA company addressed it with a task to implement a loyalty system with advanced functionality for creation of transparent and measurable schedule system and efficiency evaluation of marketing activity and also in connection with expansion of base of loyal clients.

The project team of Loymax company carried out the detailed analysis of business requirements of TERVOLINA company and implemented integration of a system with the client's IT infrastructure (cash software, ERP), carried out basic and technical setup of a system:

  • gateways for mailings,
  • institution of users on roles,
  • setup of limits of security,
  • questionnaire of the client.

Specialists of Loymax company configured marketing actions of the current loyalty program, started the hybrid loyalty program: discounts, bonuses, gifts and also processing of gift certificates and a kuponing, prednastroit the analytical reporting, trained employees of the customer and many other things.

The pilot project managed to be implemented in 3 shops in 9 days. The feature of the project consisted that the broad functionality of a system allowed to cover the customer's business requirements without large-scale completions. Server capacities of Loymax, the providing uninterrupted operations, security and high-speed performance of system operation, harmonious communication, control of terms according to the project schedule allowed to complete it in only 1.5 months.

As a result, TERVOLINA increased efficiency of operational indicators due to personalisation of the stimulating and bonus offers to loyal clients. The set of actions for different target audiences was started, the problem of incorrect unloading of data on clients from the previous loyalty system is solved. The Loymax company developed the individual solution on a binding of gift cards with the added face value to shop.
