2019: Start of the Legend Pro platform +

The Lumenis Ltd. company, global manufacturer of medical electric devices of cosmetic, surgical and ophthalmologic appointment, submitted on April 4, 2019 the multi-purpose Legend Pro+ platform which provides the comprehensive complex of noninvasive or minimum invasive methods allowing the user to create individual programs of treatment for each individual patient: from remodeling of the upper layers of the skin before regeneration of collagen in a thermal layer, increases in a muscular tone and strengthening of the PMFS-layer.

According to developers, the platform combines four technologies on the basis of current of high frequency which provide tools for holding individually planned sessions according to requirements of specific patients:

• Hybrid Energy (HE) is technology of high-frequency influence using superthin electrodes in combination with influence of a direct current;
• Tri Pollar RF — high-frequency technologists;
• DMA is technology of electrostimulation of muscles;
• Tri Fractional.

According to Lumenis, all specified technologies passed clinical trials and provide stimulation and process optimization of natural healing and regeneration in an organism.

According to representatives of the company, thanks to a combination of the Tri Pollar technology based on use of energy of high-frequency currents to the DMA technology involving muscular energy the Legend Pro platform + allows to carry out medical processing of skin from within, providing increase in a tone of face muscles (SMAS) and all body up to epidermis. Its manipulators are capable to transfer the temperature readings taken with a millisecond accuracy directly in the movement with their real-time display together with the countdown timer.^[1]

The Legend Pro installation + is also equipped with five different superthin electrodes and contact tips of different lengths and the sizes for ensuring desirable clinical effect. These components allow this device to provide carrying out a number of procedures of face rejuvenation and a body, including noninvasive operations on reduction of volumes of a body, lifting of skin, elimination of cellulitis and smoothing of wrinkles, claim in Lumenis.^[2]
