Original Live Systems (OLS), the subsidiary company of the First Bit which is engaged in software development for automation of online stores finished the 1C: Trade Management 11 system in JSC Agroinnovatsionnoyesodruzhestvo Fermarosta (AISFER).

Company AISFER is created in 2003 after consolidation of Shemetovo Ltd, Serebryanye prudy LLC, JSC Silver and Prudsky Dairy Plant. Makes and sells dairy products under the Correct Milk brand.

Management AISFER decided to increase business performance, having automated:

• document flow;
• work of departments of transport logistics and sales;
• formation of necessary documentation: customer orders, acts of discrepancies or changes in implementation, shipping notifications and invoices;
• management of price policy and booking from own outlets;
• control of work of sellers of own retail network.

Besides, the enterprise needed the tool for the analysis of key indicators of sales, data acquisition. That then on their basis to create marketing researches on sales channels, segments of clients, geography of distribution of products. The company also needed to create the loyalty program of regular customers.

Management AISFER decided that not implementation of a new system, but completion of the 1C: Trade Management 11 program which was already used at the enterprise will be an optimal variant for these needs. Top managers AISFER asked for the help in OLS company.
