Rostec implements a numerical control system labor protection

On April 16, 2019 the State Corporation Rostec announced conducting development and deployment of an automated system "Management of industrial security, labor protection, environmental protection of the organizations and transport security". In 2020, after completion of test and pilot tests, a system will be implemented in commercial operation at the enterprises of Corporation.

The automated control system will allow to perform remote monitoring of a status of labor protection, the environment and industrial security at the enterprises, to optimize processes of collecting and data analysis including, to automate process of the reporting and integration with the state information systems of control. Also a system will allow to simplify control procedures for elimination of violations, validity periods of allowing documentation and to plan the actions directed to decrease in production risks.

Implementation of the automated numerical control system is a part of complex strategy of State Corporation Rostec in the field of labor protection. It is based on several basic principles: warning, involvement in process of all employees, formation of the personal liability and permanent training.

Rostec - one of the largest employers in the country. April, 2019 on is included into structure of State corporation more than 700 enterprises for the whole country at which over 500 thousand employees work. Under control of Corporation – more than 1300 hazardous production facilities. At all enterprises of Corporation the single system of labor protection which purpose - to exclude risks for life and health on our productions is implemented. In addition to the policy approved in 2018 and the strategy of labor protection and industrial security, in Rostec a number of the methodical recommendations submitted on identification and risks assessment, carrying out internal audits of a status of labor protection and industrial security is developed.

In 2019 standards for security services of work and production supervision were approved that allowed to implement uniform approaches in the field of industrial security for all enterprises of State corporation. In the nearest future the standard about formation of security services of the environment will be implemented, regulations on a management system for labor protection, on a management system for industrial security and on production environmental control are put into operation.

Important activity of State corporation is promotion of sport and a healthy lifestyle among employees, including, prevention of diseases. Besides, Rostec systematically increases expenses of social character: in 2018 for 56% financing of the VHI programs, was increased by 40% - sanatorium treatment, for 18% - non-state pension provision, the amount of grants for a power supply is significantly increased.

We aim to use the most perspective and safe technologies on production, to strictly observe requirements of all regulations, to carry out regular prevention of accidents, occupational diseases, incidents and accidents on hazardous production facilities and also to impart ecological culture in all structures of State corporation.
