On April 4, 2019 the Advanta company announced implementation of an end-to-end system of project management in Rusat Helskea.

The tasks set by the guide within the project to system implementation of ADVANTA in JSC Rusatom Healthcare were completely solved. As a result of implementation the company received the modern tool which helped to automate and structure project activity, to create uniform approach to project implementation in the organization. In addition, top management received the tool of the reporting under projects which allows to obtain up-to-date information about any project in real time and to react quickly to changes. As for the platform, it is pleasant to see that the software from the Russian developer has such big and flexible functionality of opportunities. We have plans for further development of the ADVANTA system as directly in "RHK", and on its implementation on our affiliated enterprises.

Results

  • The control system of projects based on the ADVANTA platform is implemented.
  • Basic processes of project management are implemented, templates of projects and the project documentation are created.
  • Scheduling of projects is implemented.
  • In a system approvals, issue of instructions to contractors and tracking of process of execution are conducted.
  • The budgeting circuit is configured. Detailed income and expenditure budgets, cash flows on projects are kept. Each task in the scheduled plan has a binding to the budget. At a deviation of project deadlines of change in the budget form automatically.
  • Reports of a different configuration on projects with the set set of parameters are configured. Collecting of the reporting on the statuses of project implementation is implemented.
  • Integration of the ADVANTA platform with MS Project is made
  • User training on work with a system is provided.
  • The dashborda providing existence of the consolidated project information for the top management are developed.
  • The uniform space for effective communications of project participants and solving of tasks is created.

System implementation of ADVANTA went to JSC Rusatom Healthcare successfully. The purposes and tasks which were set by company management on implementation start were executed. The main focus in the project was placed on a careful regulation and support of scheduling, maintaining detailed income and expenditure budgets, cash flows on projects. As a result the company management has near at hand the convenient tool for project management at the level of acceptance of strategic decisions. Project managers had an opportunity to transfer plans to a unified environment, to connect achievement of economic indicators with accomplishment of specific project objectives. In general, the company had a space for effective communications both within project activity, and at accomplishment of the current tasks".
