2019: The organization of centralized accounting in 1C:ERP"

Prerequisites

A large number of the diverse accounting systems worked for launch of the project of automation at the enterprise, in particular:

Such variety of the software used in work required considerable labor costs on maintenance and also regularly created problems — possible human errors, irrelevance of information, its not checkability in reasonable time.

Tasks

About emergence of special requirements of the state for marking of products the question rose especially sharply — in the existing "scrappy" automation system of the solution did not exist. Was the task to implement a single system of automation for all enterprise is set. As such solution the 1C:ERP configuration was selected.

Because of an enterprise scale to execute all project entirely it was not represented possible therefore as the first-priority purposes of automation problems of consolidation of accounting and operational accounting in uniform base were designated, and the main emphasis was put on a perspective of an inventory accounting and sales management of products. Questions of operational accounting in production and production plannings postponed for the next stage of works.

Work progress

Specialists of data center "Razdolye" during the project carried out the following tasks:

  • Carried out the analysis of business processes and requirements to automation. Developed functional requirements to the AIS and Technical specifications on creation and implementation of the AIS.
  • Developed requirements for change of the existing business processes of the enterprise necessary for effective work with the ERP system.
  • Finished functionality of a system.
  • Provided training of specialists of the enterprise.
  • Carried out trial operation of a system and brought it into commercial operation.

Within the project the following sections of accounting were automated:

  • Sales management and CRM.
  • Management of warehouses and delivery.
  • Purchase management.
  • Quality management.
  • Accounting and tax accounting.

Results

All project objectives stated earlier were achieved of project deliverables. A system is transferred to commercial operation in January, 2019. In total 200 jobs are transferred to commercial operation. Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed.
