2019: Automation based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"
Prerequisites
Due to the increase in industrial complex the management of "ExoAtlet" decided to change the main circuits of production accounting at the enterprise. The system capable to automate nomenclature planning was required, to synchronize activity of workshops and to settle stages of the actual execution of works.
The choice fell on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" which functionality conforms to requirements of the enterprises with technically difficult multirange production.
Company "1C Architect of business" which specialists have wide experience of automation of the large organizations acted as the partner in the project.
Work progress
Developers installed and configured a system, provided user training. During the project in Ekzoatlet LLC the following subsystems are regulated and automated: personnel, salary, purchase planning and sales, products cost accounting, management of delivery, warehouse, budgeting, etc.
Results
According to the results of the project a system was unrolled in 10 workplaces.
Key results:
- Production business process management is optimized. Uninterrupted supplies of necessary raw materials and materials are organized. In the online mode expenses are displayed. Continuous monitoring of quality of constructions is conducted, measurements are directly fixed in a system. Access to up-to-date data helps the management to develop operational strategy of business management without significant decline in production.
- The mechanism of cost accounting of finished goods is implemented. An ERP system automatically creates preliminary cost value of parts that allows to predict price policy of the enterprise and to speak about completion of economic losses for the state.
- Preparation of the managerial and regulated reporting is organized. Employees spend less time for information input, there is an instant processing and data analysis.
- Control of use of material resources of Ekzoatlet LLC is strengthened. It is more convenient to employees to control expenses and to monitor profitability of the enterprise. A system allowed to increase the accuracy of calculations, to reduce labor input and to expand guidance loops within the project.
