2020: Business process automation for work with holidays and business trips of employees of the bank
On June 1, 2020 it became known that "Cinimex" was executed by a number of projects on business process optimization for Rosbank.
So, specialists of Cinimex company automate business processes within the large-scale project on optimization of the procedure of opening of accounts to legal entities, namely: work with packets of banking services, opening of deposits and management of them, delivery of credit cards.
Development of functionality was conducted on IBM Digital Business Automation.
In further plans – development of a system in opening of accounts to legal entities using the electronic signature.
Transfer of activities to a single platform of IBM BPM allowed to improve processes of work of client managers. The maximum transparency of business processes for interaction with legal entities increases effectiveness and efficiency of all division, told Alexander Taratorin, the CIO of Rosbank.

Also within development on software open source Activity BPM by specialists of Cinimex company were implemented business processes for work with holidays and business trips of employees of the bank, references and expense reports. The Cinimex company implemented the project of a full stroke within the strategy of transformation of IT architecture of Rosbank. Specialists of the company develop and implement the platform of automation of all internal administrative projects of bank from filing of application on a holiday before obtaining the reference for embassy with a possibility of the choice of language. A system increased process performance, led to growth of satisfaction of employees and reduction of time expenditure on the solution of administrative tasks.
For achievement of the object set by customers we used the open source software Activity BPM that allowed to implement the project without additional costs on the license, told Denis Yermilov, the associate director on work with strategic clients of Cinimex company[1].

2019: Automation of process of opening of accounts to legal entities
On April 22, 2019 Cinimex reported that his specialists automated process of opening of accounts to legal entities in Rosbank.
Till June, 2017 process of opening of accounts to legal entities of Rosbank was implemented in three different systems that complicated control process, did not give the chance to reduce time expenditure and often led to errors when processing requests. The department of small business of Rosbank expressed increases in speed of process the need; besides, development of implementation of the instant offer and connection of additional services, such as SMS informing, the order of cards, multicurrency, business support, etc. was required.
Set the tasks for the contractor:
- increase in speed of opening of accounts for legal entities,
- instant reservation of accounts,
- providing at all stages of process of the maximum transparency giving the chance to build all necessary KPI for employees of the bank.
The optimal result was achieved thanks to active interaction of IT department of Rosbank with the business customer and a command of Cinimex company. Users are translated from work in several systems to work in "one window", transparent statistics on passing of requests and work of divisions in the online mode at head office of bank became available and the foundation for further process optimization is laid.
Implementation of technology allowed to accelerate significantly process of opening of accounts of legal entities and increased transparency of work of end-to-end process in general. First of all tell digits about success of implementation: so, the average time of opening of accounts to legal entities is 3 hours now. The project was implemented in one and a half years: from July, 2017 to December, 2018. Pilot start took place in only several months after start, replication on all network (more than 400 sales points) is complete in January, 2018. In the summer the functionality on "transaction packets" and "PRO card" is started. For April, 2019 development of functionality is made.
In plans of Rosbank also project of accounting of the one-time commissions, automation of process of closing of accounts, etc.
Development of functionality was conducted on IBM Digital Business Automation. A frontal part is written on Angular 5+. Besides, within the project the big Java framework providing RestAPI both for BPM, and for the third-party systems is implemented. High-quality project implementation of creation of the single integrated platform in Rosbank in quite short terms opened the wide horizons for our command. The solution of a number of additional tasks is necessary to bank: integration with the System of interdepartmental electronic interaction, automatic connection of e-trading and other activities.
