2022: Integration of the OFD Platform with the 1C: Accounting program

On February 2, 2023, the Platform OFD company, the operator of fiscal data in Russia, announced the launch in the personal account of clients of the service "Integration of OFD in 1C." With it, you can quickly, easily create documents such as a Receipt and Cash Order, Retail Sales Report, and more.

The tool resources are also designed to:

  • upload fiscal data for all cash desks connected to the "OFD Platform";
  • Create an item
  • generate documents for 1C based on the received. information

You can separate shift reports for a specific period and post documents in Auto mode. For those who keep inventory in the 1C system, make auto-receipt of goods, and with the same quantity and item that were sold and entered in the Retail Sales Report.

The service interface is intuitive. Activation takes place through the personal account of the OFD client. To do this, go to  the "Services and Services" section, tab - "Integration with 1C." Next, select the cash desks to which access will be connected. Access to upload checks to cash registers in 1C will appear after confirmation of payment. In the same section, you can download the external processing file for 1C  and the access key for free.

Launch of the service "Mark Accounting"

On November 13, 2019, Platform OFD announced that the sale of marked goods and the sending of checks from the OFD to the Honest Sign system is now simply to control, analyze and keep reports on this data.

The service "Mark Accounting" has become available to clients of the "OFD Platform." It ensures the full operation of the store's business at the stage of disposal of goods with marking codes.

According to the tariff "Mark accounting," the entrepreneur receives:

  • analytics based on cash checks with marking codes (revenue, number of checks and commodity items, incorrect codes, etc.)

  • monitoring of sending checks to the CRPT
  • checking the correctness of the marking code

The service "Mark accounting" is available for connection in the section "Marking of goods" on the platformaofd.ru, as well as in the company's partner network - in maintenance centers and in cash register service centers, in all regions of Russia.

iOS Mobile App Release

On June 24, 2019, Platform OFD announced the release of a mobile application, which is now available in the App Store.

For users of Android devices, the app is scheduled to be released on Google Play in the near future.

The user of the service gets a convenient tool for controlling cash transactions, revenue analysts, in order to track various sales indicators in a smartphone at any time.

Among them:

  • current revenue of the company (entrepreneur) on cash checks
  • revenue by types of payments: cash, credit card, advance and credit payments, counter representations;
  • daily revenue and average check dynamics by day of the week;
  • rating of TOP-5 stores with the highest revenue;
  • rating of TOP-5 items sold in the last 7 or 30 days;

The service is convenient to search, check cash checks and send them to customers through instant messengers.

Sales and check analytics tools from OFD Platform and Sberbank

On April 29, 2019, Sberbank announced that, together with the fiscal data operator Platform OFD, they presented entrepreneurs with additional business analytics tools and work with cash checks.

Now in the personal account of the OFD you can monitor the revenue, the average check, the condition of the cash desks, the best-selling goods. And also compare current sales results with previous periods, observe the dynamics of indicators at a specific cash desk and at different stores, choose a convenient period for viewing data.

Clients with a large number of CCPs can see the location of cash registers on the map, monitor the status of metrics on each device.

The data is presented in the form of convenient, intuitive graphs that can be easily adapted to the tasks of each specific business.

Graphs from business indicators can be arranged in a user-friendly order by simply moving the desired "widget" on the screen with a mouse. The entrepreneur sets up the desired chart structure only once and at subsequent entrances to the personal account, the information on the page is updated automatically. If desired, the location of the widgets can be changed at any time.

This functionality is available to all companies and entrepreneurs registered in the OFD through the Sberbank Business Online (SBBOL) system.

Together with analytics tools in the "Business" block of the personal account of the OFD, the "Checks" section has also been modernized. The developers have added convenient options for finding cash checks, allowing you to find and group the necessary documents according to various parameters. For example, you can separately display cash checks with payment types or search for them by the name of the cashier.
