2017: Implementation of an end-to-end system managerial, accounting and tax accounting
In 2016 PJSC TGC-1 aimed — to increase for the enterprise transparency and efficiency of management processes due to creation of a common information space for conducting inventory, accounting, tax accounting, formation of the regulated and management reporting in all branches.
Requirements to a system
The specifics of work with the customer consisted in the requirement: a new system should provide succession with the historical system "1S:ASBNU" implemented in Nevsky, Karelsky and Kolsky branches. With respect thereto the decision to construct a system based on software products was made: 1C: Accounting CORP, 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, "BIT Finance".
Project Features
- Implementation of one-time transition to a new system, failure from the sparing operation mode in two bases.
- Carrying out global work on unification and transformation of the normative reference information (NRI) for the purpose of formation of the corporate reporting.
- Creation of uniform methodology of formation of the corporate reporting.
- Development of the unrolled analytical accounting of costs and difficult algorithms of cost accounting on the released thermal and electrical energy.
Work progress
During the project the following works were performed:
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
- Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
- Training in group at office of the customer
