2018: Implementation of the application solution "1C: Document Flow PROF"

Task

Within ongoing work on improvement of a management system for the university by the management of VGMU of N.N. Burdenko of the Russian Ministry of Health the task of optimization and end-to-end digitalization of processing of documents was set.

Product Selection

With assistance of the specialists of FT Solyushen LLC having significant experience of integration of information systems and business process automation for the solution of the designated task the 1C: Document Flow PROF software product was selected. The possibility of perspective integration of a product with other systems of 1C company which are actively used in work of the University and also software packages of third-party producers, along with broad basic functionality, ease of scaling and a user-friendly interface of a product, acted as a significant factor when choosing "1C: Document Flow PROF" as the tool of the solution of an assigned task.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation the following functions are automated:

• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Office-work
• Work with citizens' appeals
• Accounting of agreements
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Accounting and document storage

In total during the project 40 jobs are automated.

Implementation of a standard configuration of the selected product allowed to automate the following sections of work with documentation:

• processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• creation and processing of orders and orders;
• formation and processing of purchasing requests;
• processing of memos.

On a response of the customer as a result of implementation terms of approval of documents and acquaintance of employees with all information which is directly relating to their field of activity are reduced. At the expense of the centralized document storage in a system and registration of all transactions made with them process of search of necessary documentation accelerated, the procedure of the analysis of performing discipline became simpler, the convenient instrument of operating control of execution of tasks on preparation of documents appeared.
