2019: Automation of activity of the enterprise based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

To clients Torus in addition to the price product quality and speed of delivery therefore automation of accounting is an important task for the company are important. The management made the decision on system implementation based on the software product 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2. The choice was connected first of all with functionality of the software product.

For system implementation the decision to attract the First BIT company St. Petersburg having the status "1C as the partner in automation was made: Competence Center according to ERP solutions" and having wide experience of automation of large enterprises.

Using the program "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2" the following sections are automated:

• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management, including settlement with suppliers, order placement to suppliers, purchase planning, accounting of arrival of Inventories.
• Scheduling of production at the level of workshop
• Production Dobjemno-scheduling
• Raw materials supplied by the customer processing
• Material requirement planning
• Capacity requirements planning
• Calculation of normative cost value, calculation of actual cost
• Data management about structure and structure of a product, a compounding
• Data management about production technologies (route charts)
• Management of fixed asset maintenances (CMM, EAM)
• The cost accounting on production (RAUZ)
• Fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculation
• Accounting of production orders, Accounting of overalls and special equipment
• Warehouse and logistics, including reservation of Inventories, management of warehouse stocks, accounting of Inventories in shop storerooms.

The quantity of the automated jobs was 150.
