Rusoft 21: Prof Register of state property

The specialized software product "Prof Register of State Property" is intended for accounting of information about owners of accounting of state property and providing data on property.

Compatibility with Red the Data Base

On April 25, 2019 the company "RED SOFTWARE" reported that together with "Rusoft 21" tested the products on compatibility. Results of tests confirmed correctness of work DBMS Red Data Base (production of RED SOFT) and state the Personnel and Register of Property programs (production "Rusoft 21"). Functions software "Prof Register of State Property"

For April, 2019 among the basic functions executed by software "Prof Register of State Property":

• maintaining lists of property:
  • Real estate
  • Objects of personal estate

  • Shares (deposits) in authorized capital of society
  • Shares in the right of common ownership
  • The list of the rented objects
  • The list of the leased objects

• maintaining data on the purchased property, data on the termination of the property right to property, change of data on accounting items
• conducting operations on object passing of the real estate, personal estate, land plots
• printing and issue of statements from the register of state property
• possibility of registration and storage of all changes made with accounting items that allows to receive data from lists on any reporting date
• unloading of data on accounting items in files of any formats (for example, in the XML format for Statistics)
• loading of data on accounting items from files of any formats
• fixing to accounting items and document storage of different formats: jpeg, doc, pdf
• display of the lease agreements signed on accounting items and entered to programs for accounting of lease agreements in the form of encumbrances
• display of the different documents entered to software "Operational management" on the selected accounting items
• display of data on accounting items on the websites of FSGS, FTS, on the public cadastral map
• formation of various reports by specialists of department without the assistance of programmers, reports it is possible to create as at the moment, and for the set date.

Any changes made to cards of accounting items are remembered and register in archive. The archive is used by preparation of reports as of last dates. For preparation of such reports the special report generator is used. The report generator prepares data for operational viewing and printing of sheets with opportunities of sorting, leading of intermediate results. The generator is simple in use and is convenient in operation. For formation of more difficult sheets and reports the program is equipped with the Fast Report report generator.

In the software product tools for the organization of government relations (OGV) and with the Uniform Portal of Public Services (UPPS) regarding rendering public service "The statement from the register of state property" in electronic form are put. Software Prof the Register of state property is equipped with an add-on unit of processing of the arriving statements and requests from OGV and EPGU and preparation of answers to them.
