2018: Implementation of 1C: Document Flow 8 KORP in order to automate project accounting

The group of companies "Istok-Audio" - a representative in the field of development, production and implementation of modern technical means of rehabilitation for people with disabilities - independently decided to switch to a universal and modern product "1C: Document flow 8 CORP."

An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the fact that the 1C: Document Flow of 8 CORP software solution is a business process automation system with functionality for further development and adaptation to the needs of the company.

Purpose

The main goal of the project is to solve the operational tasks of project management, draw up project schedules, assign and reschedule resources.

Progress

During the project, the following subsystems were automated: Internal Design Accounting and Absence Accounting. A total of 60 jobs have been automated.

    • Accounting of contracts
    • Accounting and control of execution of orders
    • Accounting and storage of documents
    • Time and Attendance

  • Business and IT Process Management

  • Human Resources and Human Resources (HRM )

    • Project planning

The implementation of the system made it possible to:

  • Register and coordinate projects;
  • Develop project schedules;
  • Assign responsible persons and monitor the execution of project tasks;
  • Register project meetings;
  • Accounting for the absence of employees.
