2019: Workflow automation based on "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF"

Prerequisites

Baltikas LLC is engaged in wholesale in solid, liquid and gaseous fuel and also cargo transportation. With growth of the company there was a question of automation of work with agreements and other document flow.

System Selection

For workflow automation in Baltikas LLC company the solution on the basis of the following criteria was selected:

• available and clear interface;
• convenience of document storage;
• possibility of independent maintenance of a system after implementation.

To all specified points there corresponded the product "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF".

Work progress

Specialists of Edith Pro perform the following works:

• Software installation on the customer's computers;
• Access rights for users are configured;
• Setup of structure of the company, reference books (Document types", Correspondents, Numerators, etc.), necessary document templates and processes is made.
• Key user training is provided.

Results

Using system implementation "1C: Document Flow 8 PROF" was optimized by the following functions in the company:

• office-work;
• accounting of agreements;
• accounting and control of execution of instructions.

According to the results of the project 25 jobs are automated.

On a response of the customer, after implementation time for processing and approval of documents was reduced, losses of documents are excluded and errors in them are minimized.
