2017: Activity automation of "The princess on a pea" based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

Objectives

Princess on a Pea company (IP Gazdiyeva L. A.) addressed to Profit company for the purpose of data transfer from the accounting system the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 Trade + the Warehouse and the fastest implementation of a new system for accounting.

Choice of a system and contractor

Based on requirements of the company and also on a problem of acceleration of acceptance of management decisions, the company selected the automation system "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2".

The choice of the partner was caused by the fact that earlier the company was serviced in Profit on work in application solutions of 1C Company and also presence of the certified software product specialists "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2".

Work progress

The following works were performed:

• consultations on the choice of the software;
• inspection on conducting operational and management accounting at the enterprise, the scheme of work on sections of the enterprise (production workshops, a warehouse, supply, sale) is studied;
• based on inspection, the technique of conducting operational accounting on all sections of the enterprise is developed and approved;
• on the basis of the approved technique, training of employees is provided;
• data transfer from an old system is made;
• on the basis of the approved technique, implementation and setup of a system is made.

Results

Successful implementation of the software product allowed to solve the following problems:

• automate managerial, accounting, tax, personnel records;
• reduce labor input and reduce time for data processing by employees of the enterprise;
• increase efficiency of formation and obtaining reporting data;
• increase efficiency of acceptance of management decisions.
• increase efficiency of processes of formation and obtaining the reporting.
