2018: Automation of accounting based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

In 2017 the management made the decision on implementation of an automated system for management of activity of the enterprise. A choice was made for benefit of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product as the most meeting all this and perspective requirements of the enterprise.

The choice of the software product was also influenced by the accumulated positive experience of use of software products of a line "1C:Enterprise 8".

Work progress

Implementation was begun independently.

As of December, 2018 the following subsystems are automated and put into operation:

• Sales management
• Purchase management
• Cash management
• Warehouse
• Production management without diagram of production
• Products cost accounting
• Non-current assets
• Calculation of ZP
• Personnel management
• Regulated accounting
• Budgetings.

At the same time, the following subsystems are automated:

• Marketing
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Sales planning
• Retail sales
• Purchase planning
• Production planning
• Production management with the diagram of production
• Monitoring of target indicators

The quantity of the automated jobs is 10.

Results

According to the results of the project the following functions are automated:

• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management
  • Purchase planning
  • Accounting of arrival of Inventories

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
  • Personnel records
  • Payroll calculation
  • Time recording

• Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM WMS TMS)
  • Sales (sale), service, marketing
  • Warehouse and logistics

• Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators
  • Cash management (treasury)
  • Management accounting and cost accounting by method of ABC
  • Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting

As a result of implementation the enterprise received the end-to-end system of automation meeting the requirements of the current legislation and giving ample opportunities for the analysis of the current activity.
