Content

2018: Automation of accounting based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

At the end of 2017 the company management made the decision on implementation of an automated system for accounting. A choice was made for benefit of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2", as meeting all this and perspective requirements of the enterprise.

The SoftExpert group was selected for implementation of the software product at the enterprise as it has necessary experience of implementation and knowledge of industry specifics.

Work progress

Employees SoftExpert got to work in the second half of February, 2018. Solution 1CERP":" it was unrolled in 7 divisions of the company: in accounting, HR department, economical department, production workshops, sales department, purchases and in a warehouse. Account on all key to business processes the enterprises is kept in a system.

Standard exchange between "1C:ERP" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management" is configured. Data on employees on a piece-work pay are unloaded in ZUP. There calculation, and data on the added salary is made are loaded back into ERP.

Delivery of a system in commercial operation took place in June, 2018.

Results

All effective objectives within project implementation were achieved. The BTK Knitwear factory keeps in a system separate account on state defense order, receives detailed interpretation of cost value of products and distributes costs.

According to the results of the project employees "Knitwear" work with BTK in such sections of ERP as Sales, Purchases, Production, Warehouse, Regulated accounting, Processing and "Rendering services in processing". In plans — implementation of the modules "Budgeting" and "Planning".

The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management
    • Order placement to suppliers
    • Purchase planning
    • Accounting of arrival of Inventories

  • Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)

    • Personnel records
    • Payroll calculation
    • The regulated reporting

  • Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM WMS TMS)

    • Sales (sale), service, marketing
    • Warehouse and logistics

  • Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators

The quantity of the automated jobs was 20.
