Family, TD (1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management)

In July, 2018 the Axelot company reported that 1C: WMS Logistics. Warehouse Management in TD "Family" implemented.

According to the company, in 2018 the management of TD "Family" decided to upgrade business processes  and initiated work on implementation in the WMS system of functionality of pomarochny accounting of alcoholic products. Within the project it was required to change the current scheme of account of lots of the nomenclature in a warehouse, to change rules of generation of unique numbers of a box and to provide accounting of excise stamps in a warehouse by a box. In a work progress integration with a corporate information system of the customer was also executed.

As a result in a warehouse the functionality for work with pomarochny accounting of alcoholic products was implemented. Management entering and proceeding product flows and also operations on intra warehouse movements are executed by accounting of excise stamps. Work with standards of barcoding of PDF417 and GS1 is supported.

October 26, 2015. The AXELOT company reported^[1] about optimization of technology processes in a warehouse of Semya Trading house, based on the 1C: WMS software product.

Choosing a Solution

As the warehouse automation system the management of TD "Family" selected the software product 1CWMS":", which modern functionality completely corresponds to relevant requirements of a warehouse and retail chain stores in general. The tender for implementation of this solution was won by AXELOT company.

Project Progress

During the project all stages of movement of goods on a warehouse were automated: acceptance, placement, movement within a warehouse, selection and a complete set of orders. Specialists of AXELOT configured conducting lot-based accounting of expiration dates and an algorithm of accomplishment of selection of goods on FEFO technology (a method of rotation of loads when the goods with the expiring expiration date are shipped first of all). by "1C: WMS" it was integrated with a corporate information system on the 1C: Enterprise platform, 2 stationary and 10 mobile jobs are automated.

Some specific processing procedures of goods which are executed in a warehouse of TD "Family" demanded entering of adjustments into the standard version of the software solution. In particular, the algorithm according to which there is a purpose of model of accounting for the new nomenclature in the course of acceptance to the shipping documentation was developed. The rating of partners which is used during the planning of selection of goods and determination of an execution order of tasks is also created. The possibility of control of a residual expiration date at goods acceptance is implemented and functionality of planning of feed of a zone of a complete set by the operator according to the list of the selected orders, the feature for appointment of the contractor of problems of selection of goods from the document "Order for Shipment" is added.

Result

After automation system implementation management of a warehouse is conducted in real time. Speed of accomplishment of selection of goods by orders increased, the quantity of errors at selection decreased and also the losses of goods connected with the expiration of expiration dates significantly decreased.
