Ekolend (Axelot: TMS Control of transport and transportations)

In December, 2017 the Axelot company reported that it implemented Axelot: TMS Control of transport and transportations in Ekolend.

According to the company the following was made:

• All modules AXELOT TMS are implemented:
  • Management of transportations:  planning of routes taking into account restrictions,  control of accomplishment of delivery conditions, automatic  fixing of a financial result are configured;  setup of scales of charges for calculation of delivery cost is implemented, automatic calculation of expenses on runs and payments to drivers is configured, allocation of costs on run according to requests and groups of goods for determination of profitability of the order is implemented.     
  • "Satellite monitoring": tracking of transport, the notification of the manager about events on a route, planning of temporary  indicators is implemented during run execution
  • "Android client": are provided bidirectional coupling between the manager and the driver in real time and control of acceptance and delivery of a load at the level of the freight train
  • Management of motor transport (temporarily it is not used due to the lack of own vehicle fleet)

• Data exchange with CIS regarding  data transmission about orders for transportation and automatic fixing of passing of points in a warehouse is configured; integration of accomplishment using  the solution DATAREON ESB
• 5 stationary jobs of managers and  40 mobile jobs of drivers are automated

Project deliverables is:

• Control of work of drivers is improved due to use of satellite monitoring and the mobile client
•  Planning of runs, the expense accounting and calculation of profitability of delivery is automated
