R.Partner implemented an access control system at the Far state medical Eastern Federal University

On May 6, 2019 the R.PARTNER company announced project completion on creation of a control system of access at the Far state medical Eastern Federal University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation   (DVGMU). As the result – is organized secure access of pupils and employees of the university in the main body; personal data protection of users, a possibility of free abnormal evacuation in extreme situations are provided.

In DVGMU on the central input video cameras which did not meet requirements were installed security, there was no recording capability data from cameras, the input in university was performed at presentation of the student ID card. Before IT- the task to organize secure access of pupils and employees of the university in the main body and at the same time to provide protection personal data users of a system, to replace cameras on an input in organization with cameras with the big permission and a recording capability and storages information rose department of university. For the solution of the aforesaid questions the open competition on delivery of products and IT services on their implementation was announced. The multi-profile group R.PARTNER providing a full range of services became the winner of competition: from  system integration a dovnedreniye telecommunication of the iinzhenerny systems. IT distributor on delivering solutions – the company Axoft.

During the project specialists of R.PARTNER mounted a control and management system for access (ACS) with a possibility of besprepyatstvenny abnormal evacuation in extreme situations. Video cameras are mounted, the video server for storage of records is implemented. The ACS and a video surveillance system are made as building block systems with a scaling option and expansions. The control and management system for access was certified on compliance to requirements for personal data protection and biometrics (the certificate of conformity is issued).

"Start on fingerprints is provided in the solution if the student forgot the admission. At the same time information on pass on a print comes to the ACS and if there is an attempt to pass according to the admission, then a system will block an input – on a case of theft or loss of the admission. As it is "correctly" mounted by the ACS with personal data protection, to the customer the offer from one of Banks of Russia with the offer to use its cards as the access card arrived. The bank is ready to allocate funds for further development of a system and also for installation of modules ACS in hostels and structural divisions of DVGMU".
