Biography
Was born on November 11, 1971 in Kazan.
In 1994 graduated from the Kazan state university majoring in "radiophysics and electronics".

From 2003 to 2004 — the vice-chairman of management committee utility property of administration of Kazan.
From 2004 to 2006 — the deputy head of administration — the Chairman of the Committee on management of utility property of administration of Kazan.
From 2006 to 2007 — the deputy manager of executive committee of the municipal entity of the city of Kazan on the land and property questions.
From 2007 to 2009 — the head of administration of Kirovsky district of Kazan.
From 2009 to 2012 — the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From July, 2012 to May 7, 2019 — the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since October, 2012 — the chairman of the board of trustees of the Public reserve fund of lands at the president of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On May 7, 2019 47-year RT Ayrat Nurutdinov held a post of the CEO of Tattelecom. At this position it replaced Lutfulla Shafigullin who headed the company since 2006.
