Kiev selected 125.08 million hryvnias for the equipment for a hemodialysis

On May 2, 2019 it became known that the department of health care of the Kiev city public administration signed a number of agreements on delivery of supplies for a hemodialysis for 125.08 million hryvnias (or 310,738,002.50 rubles).

Purchase was broken into four parts, in all cases tenders played firms with goods from one producer.

At the same time any of participants during the auctions did not reduce the price therefore winners won contracts at the starting price. It slightly differed from the expected cost of the tender which was determined in the Kiev city public administration.

At the same time the cost of goods very much differed from different producers: consumables from transnational producer Gambro which products on the tender of KGGA were represented by Diavita LLC were the cheapest. At other producers goods were 25-50% more expensive.

For example, capillary dialyzers from Diavita cost 409 hryvnias apiece whereas similar dialyzers of other producers cost from 583 to 621 hryvnias.

Powder cartridges from Diavita cost 157 hryvnias whereas from other contractors — 206-270 hryvnias.

Earlier the Department of health care of the Kiev city public administration based on open tenderings ordered ordered from Bilimed LLC of supplies for a hemodialysis for 30 million hryvnias.

Purchase was carried out on two lots within which ordered supplies of production of the German company "B.Braun Avitum AG". At the same time the Polish hospitals take medicines of this producer from the local distributor three times cheaper^[1].
