Energoavtomatization automated business processes using Lexema

In January, 2018 the EcoSoft company implements the project on business process automation for STC of Energoavtomatization based on the product Lexema.

During the project in a system modules are implemented:

• Document flow and electronic archive of documentation,
• Planning and supply management,
• Address storage in a warehouse,
• Contracting and control of performance of agreements,
• Inventory control using barcoding of the arriving goods on a warehouse,

Self-produced accounting.

For May, 2019 works on implementation of the modules "Planning and Actual Loading of Employees", "Project Management, Control of Execution of Stages and Reporting", "Mobile Client for the Organization of Electronic Document Management" are conducted.
