B2S (business to service) - the platform for Internet services which eliminates inefficient tactics, for example, cold calls and offers instead of them other scenarios of voice communications.

2019: Start of the B2S-platform for Internet services

On May 14, 2019 PJSC VimpelCom (a brand Beeline) announced start of the B2S-platform for Internet services. s service companies will be able to pass Beeline with transition to the B2S-platform from telephone spam to consecutive communication with clients. And using a set of API interfaces of the platform, developers will be able easily to create voice services and mobile applications for business without capital costs of IT infrastructure that will allow the companies to save up to several million dollars. ‬

Problem of the platform — to eliminate inefficient tactics, for example, cold calls, and to offer instead of them other scenarios of voice communications. Even the scenarios of communication customized under each end customer will become available to the largest companies. So, the platform represents an opportunity to connect the client to the same manager in the company who conducts this client and sees the content of the previous talk. Besides, the platform can connect directly sellers and buyers, without disclosing phone numbers of each other that will allow to increase the level of a digital security for clients. One of large online bulletin boards already uses such solution.

Thanks to integration on API, developers can use the solution through usual interfaces. On the provided platform VimpelCom large online services will be able to implement any scenarios of call management directly from software environment. Such services as management of routing of incoming calls, a call recording (in the presence of consent), analytics on API, initiation of calls and independent speech synthesis are already available to clients of the platform.

Among potential clients of the platform there are financial services, online stores, bulletin boards, online armoring and other service companies. Effective tools are necessary for such businesses for voice communication with clients, and Beeline will help to integrate the solutions in digital projects. The platform was started in the test mode in the 4th quarter 2018, and since the beginning of 2019 the largest Internet services began to be connected to the project.
