2019: Announcement of EnGenius Cloud

On May 14, 2019 the EnGenius Networks Europe company provided the product EnGenius Cloud. It is service which uses advanced technologies of cloud computing for management of wireless networks. It will allow to plan and unroll complex Wi-Fi-networks in read minutes.

According to the company, interaction of the administrator happens to networks via the visual interface which provides high-level representation of EnGenius networks and allows to receive any data on their elements, including the most detailed that will help to fix quicker and more carefully the arising problems. The EnGenius Cloud service works without subscription. It is founded based on completely besservernoy infrastructures. At this EnGenius Cloud it is ready to use of AI tools and work with access points of the next generation, 11ax and 11ac, and gigabit switches.

EnGenius Cloud allows to exercise under one account control and monitoring of access points and switches with a total number up to 100,000 devices. The response time of devices on teams of the operator is measured in microseconds; the proved scalability is at the same time provided: the solution has no restrictions on the number of the managed devices on a location and saves the high performance and reliability even at achievement of the maximum number of devices.

Safety when using EnGenius Cloud is ensured at several levels. Level of management is separated using a safe tunnel with two-factor authentication (TFA) for security blanket of the channel from the level of data of the client. Besides, EnGenius implemented advanced multiclient (Multi-Tenant) cloud infrastructure for additional protection of managing and user data. At the expense of it are guaranteed error-free running time of 99.99% of SLA.

The advisory EnGenius Cloud function under the name Advisory Feature is performed based on AI and allows to diagnose network, to reveal problems and to make recommendations to administrators, proposing possible problem solving.

Own, allowing a message design Wi-Fi of networks in real time is also integrated into EnGenius Cloud. Multiclient and topological representation (Multi-Tenant and Topology View) of structure of network gives to administrators the chance to appoint different local privileges for users and locations and also to automatically display network deployments and interrelations of devices in real time.
