"Apatite" implemented the system of continuous monitoring and forecasting of a status of technology equipment

The Russian IT- the company Infotech Group by request "PhosAgro" developed and implemented in Kirovsk Apatite JSC branch system of continuous monitoring and forecasting of a status of technology equipment. The solution will allow to increase performance and to cut down overhead costs of production of an apatite concentrate. On May 16, 2019 reported about it in Infotech Group.

As of May, 2019 a system passed comprehensive tests and is in trial operation. As the pilot platform for implementation enrichment factory ANOF-3 was selected from the city of the Kirovskemurmansky region. Under control of a system the equipment of mill and floatation department works.

Using historical and continuous data from an APCS of department and also data from diagnostics sensors installed on the equipment, the Infotech Group system reveals anomalies and defects in equipment nodes.

For the first month of work as a system the developing defects in the controlled equipment which were confirmed by specialists of group of diagnostics of JSC Apatit were found. A system controls mechanical defects and also the defects connected with violation of isolation in windings of the electric motor of spherical mills.

Main advantage of a system is not only early detection of defects, but also the forecast of their development in time. Using the instruments of forecasting, planning put in a system and flexibly configured mechanism of management of requests for carrying out repair work, the staff of service of repairs will be able to manage more effectively the resources and to minimize unplanned stops of the equipment on crucial section of production.

"For each type of defect we try to select the most reasonable method of its identification. Where there are well-defined formalized rules of identification of defect and quality of work of an algorithm high, we use expert models. We apply methods of classification or neural networks to badly formalizable defects. Where the defect comes to light by the visual analysis of diagrams more simply, we apply methods of machine vision. Thanks to harmonious work of service of supply, erection teams, crews of adjustment and also active support of divisions of JSC Apatit, we managed to complete all necessary preparatory work on the project for two months before the planned term".
