2019: Expansion of the agreement
On May 20, 2019 it became known of results of cooperation between ALP Group — Russian service the IT company, service provider of IT outsourcing and IT audit and Pandora company — the supplier of jewelry of manual completion. For May, 2019 in Russia 328 shops of the company – from them 100 own, the others – on a franchize work.
In 2019 ALP Group expanded the contract, having become the prime vendor of services of incidental IT service of PANDORA company. Respectively, for the last half a year the number of requests for technical support of the shops accepted and closed by specialists of ALP Group and engineers of a regional partner network of the company grew by 10 times. On May, 2019 one more expansion of the agreement is studied: it will include services in technical support of the park of office equipment.
Alexander Kotovsky commented on cooperation with ALP Group:
Any retail chain stores fairly insist not only on efficiency of IT service "on places", but also on preserving or even on the permanent growth of quality of technical support of shops. And, both in million plus cities, and in towns – idle absolutely or the IT or retail store equipment working "every other time" has right there negative effect on sales. 2017-2018: Providing remote diagnostics and incidental service
In 2017-2018 ALP Group, under the terms of the agreement, conducted remote diagnostics and incidental service of 100 Pandora shops in all territory of Russia, according to SLA. I.e. everyone, even the most difficult IT incident connected with setup or work of a video equipment (cameras, registrars), the PC, monoblocks, notebooks of selling assistants with guarantee was solved for the next day.
