Biography

Was born on November 20, 1982 in Novokuznetsk of the Kemerovo region.

In 2005 graduated from the Tomsk state university of management systems and radio electronics (TSUCSR) in "industrial electronics".

In 2012 and in 2017 graduated from FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration" on specialties "finance and credit" and "public and municipal administration".

In 2003-2004 held a position of the lead engineer of department of the state land control of Land Cadastral Chamber Federal State Institution of the Tomsk region.

In 2005-2010 worked in banking sector, having passed a way from the specialist to the head of department. At the same time was the Chairman of the Committee on culture and patriotic education in Youth parliament of the Tomsk region at the State Duma of the Tomsk region.

In January, 2010 moved to Yugra, worked in Department of transport, communication of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Since the end of 2010 on September, 2018 held positions of the head of department, head of department in Department of information technologies and digital development of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

In September, 2018 by the order of the Governor of Yugra it is appointed to a position of the public civil service of the autonomous area – the associate director of Department of information technologies and digital development of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and worked till October, 2019.

In October, 2019 the order of the Government of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug it is appointed the director of autonomous organization "Multifunction Center of Providing Public and Municipal Services of Yugra".

It is awarded with the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.
