Biography
Andrey Bogdan was born in Lviv, the higher legal education, the lawyer.
In 2001 worked in lawyer company Pravis and the assistant judge of the Kiev Court of Appeal.
In the 2004th there was the partner in law firm Pukshin and partners (legal business of Igor Pukshin, the ex-deputy head of the secretariat of the president of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko).
In 2007 became the leading partner of law firm Legal advisers (in the 2009th the firm returned the former name - Pukshin and partners).
The same year participated in parliamentary elections - at No. 93 of the electoral list of the block our Ukraine - National self-defense. Represented the interests of the block and its informal leader - the president Yushchenko - in courts.
Since December the 2007th worked as the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine (Nikolay Onishchuk), provided implementation of the state legal policy in the field of fight against corruption.
In March, 2010 it is appointed the deputy minister of the Cabinet of Ukraine (Anatoly Tolstoukhov) - the government representative for anti-corruption policy. On February 7 the 2011th the Cabinet of Ministers liquidated this position.
In the spring of the same the 2014th he became the adviser to the new appointed governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoysky.
In the fall of 2014 stood for the Verkhovna Rada according to lists of a batch Petro Poroshenko Bloc. The deputy it did not become in spite of the fact that his 74th place in the list as a result was through passage, - the batch cancelled its registration as the candidate. In 2018 Andrey Bogdan decided to appeal against this solution in court and lost.
Since the beginning of a presidential campaign of 2019 Andrey Bogdan became the chief legal adviser of the headquarters of Vladimir Zelensky at the election of the president of Ukraine.
In the spring of 2019 Vladimir Zelensky was elected the president of Ukraine.
In May, 2019 it was reported Andrey Bogdan is considered as the candidate for a position of the Chief of Presidential Administration Zelensky.
