Avtovaztrans (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

The project of control automation on transport and the Avtovaztrans road-building enterprise is complete. An ERP system is implemented on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform using the software product "Bayt: Motor transport" Bayt companies. The solution covers the main business processes of the enterprise: own road haulage, transportations by forces of subcontractors, repair of own and third-party motor transport, warehouses and production of spare parts. More than 100 jobs are automated.

At a development stage of technical specifications the model of functioning of the motor transportation enterprise describing all automated processes was created. In the course of implementation tasks of the standard motor transportation enterprise, in particular accounting of vehicles, their technical characteristics and maintenance, work of dispatching services and service of operation, including the statement of waybills, accounting of idle times and control of location of vehicles according to indications of a speedometer and also collecting and processing of requests for transportations, distribution of requests between carriers (or third-party), planning of departures and formation of the plan of transportations for the period taking into account arrangement of drivers were automated. In an information system the document package for customers automatically forms, payroll of personnel is executed, the report on the movement fuel and lubricants forms, all warehouse transactions on movement of Inventories are reflected. For simplification of the procedure of filling of the reference book of Inventories in a system the possibility of loading of the directory of spare parts from the Car catalog system is implemented.  For solving of tasks of management accounting the detailed cost accounting is kept.

Configuration "Byte: Motor transport" does not include an accounting circuit, data exchange with the system of accounting ("1C: Accounting 7.7" or "1C: Accounting 8.0") will be organized using procedures of directory synchronization and data exchange.
