Axelot automated planning processes and control of transportations for Agropromkomplektation

On May 23, 2019 the AXELOT company announced process automation of planning and control of transportations of agro-industrial holding "Agropromkomplektation".

The implemented AXELOT TMS system manages processes of transportation and exercises control over activity of drivers.

Agropromkomplektation group – one of the agro-industrial associations conducting in the Russian Federation which is dynamically developing, vertically integrated with a closed loop of production "from a field to a counter", specializing in pig-breeding and dairy livestock production and also processing of products and its implementation to consumers. The enterprises of Group – active participants of actions for import substitution and ensuring food security of the Russian Federation within implementation of the State program "Development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020".

Growth of volume of sales channels of finished goods, strict requirements on cargo delivery and individual approach to each client required replacement of the current system of manual planning of routes. Questions with lack of the full-fledged instrument of monitoring over work of the driver and a delivery quality taking into account control of temperature conditions against the background of sales growth caused the necessity of implementation of the complete solution on management transport logistics.

The tasks were set for business:

• automate routing of orders by the set criteria that will allow to minimize a human factor at respect for a large number of restrictions on delivery in outlets, to increase utilization of vehicles and to reduce costs for transportation;
• adjust time supervision of idle times in outlets that will allow to connect a trade command to problem solving of above-standard idle times quickly;
• provide full control over activity of drivers and deviations from planned targets on a route;
• organize collecting of statistics about delivery time in outlets taking into account specific features of clients for quality improvement of the rendered services;
• synchronize indicators of termokhron over time of visit of outlets for control of observance of temperature conditions on delivery of products;
• implement individual approach to the delivery cost of each outlet, taking into account the saved-up statistics.
• construct the system of the online reporting under transport logistics.

For implementation of the tasks the company selected the solution "AXELOT: TMS Control of transport and transportations" – the complete solution on management of transport logistics which functionality allowed to solve all assigned tasks completely. Specialists of AXELOT company were engaged in project implementation.

Within the project planning process of orders with a large number of conditions and restrictions on delivery is automated. Control of temperature conditions on delivery is exercised. By means of mobile application of AXELOT TMS tasks of control over activity of drivers and collecting of necessary statistical data for work with outlets and contractors are solved. Planning of routes is also performed under control of a TMS system. The solution exercises control of compatibility of goods items when planning routes by each outlet that is very important during the work with network clients.

AXELOT TMS was integrated with a corporate system "1C: Trade Management" and sensors of a termokhron using the service data bus DATAREON ESB.

All assigned tasks managed to be implemented in full. A lot of work on normalization of information on outlets on the party of a corporate system was performed that demanded change of work of adjacent divisions. The company plans further development of functionality of the solution regarding replication it for branches and creations of a uniform logistic circuit which will enter management of production logistics, control of the specialized equipment in fields, accounting of the corporate park and complete accounting of own rolling stock.
