Laboratory of a hemodialysis (Lexema-Erp.Meditsin)

In Laboratory of a Hemodialysis LLC the ERP system for medicine is brought into operation.

Laboratory of a Hemodialysis LLC has 21 departments, located across all Bashkiria and 3 departments in Udmurtia which work in one web application. In the program operational working activity of medical personnel – doctors and nurses is planned and reflected.

In a system are implemented: accounting of cards of patients, registration of procedures of carrying out dialysis, parameters of a status of the patient and execution of medical appointments during dialysis, the movement of patients between departments, accounting of results of inspections of patients, integration with an information system of network of Invitro laboratories. An inventory control of medicines, write-off of medicines on regulations on procedures, planning of limits, control and execution of purposes of expensive medicines, automatic formation of the medical reporting is also implemented.

Along with the primary professional activity the medical personnel are engaged in the routine transactions connected with preparation of a large number of the various reporting. Thanks to Lexema practically all reporting gathers in the program automatically.

Many departments are in towns and settlements. On the basis of expert recommendations in the program the settings allowing to adhere at treatment of a sick strict framework were put. Such approach helps to guarantee high-quality service of patients irrespective of the department region.
