Task: Automation of organizational processes (accounting of finished goods, raw materials and semi-finished products) for the purpose of economy of the budget and its redirection on investment into production processes.
Stage 1.
The first started accounting function is an operational accounting of finished goods. Start of this function happened along with automation of cooks and automatic formation of tasks for production of products on the basis of sales.
In each workshop the computer to which orders for production come is installed. The cook notes task performance and in a system operational information about quantity of the made products is born. How does formation of tasks for cooks happen? The administrator of a bakery sets in the system threshold value of product quantity which is in a trading floor at which achievement it is necessary to create the order for kitchen. At the time of sale, a system verifies quantity of the remained products and the set standard. At emergence of deficit of products, a system automatically creates the order for kitchen. Cooks on the screen see the arrived order and accept it to execution. The cook notes readiness of the order in a system.
Result: The organization of accurate process at stage 1 allowed the owner of business to provide always fresh product assortment in a trading floor.
Stage 2.
Quantitative accounting of raw materials and semi-finished products which main goal was a gain of control function for employees and reducing costs for purchase of products. Implementation of quantitative accounting of raw materials is closely connected with quality of information entered in process charts, first of all regulations and tables of replaceability of products and semi-finished products. A system automatically writes off the spent products on the basis of quantity of the made products.
Result: To verify a remaining balance of raw materials and semi-finished products with real existence in kitchen and warehouses, regularly began to carry out inventories. As a result costs for the bought products were reduced by 30%. The server, the software, services of the system administrator are cares of system provider.
Stage 3.
The owner of business is not satisfied with what has already been achieved and every time looks for new methods for business optimization and it helps to improve our system. Business process on the order of products from the website and its delivery to the client is started. Orders from the website automatically get to a system and are with guarantee processed.
