The governor Novosibirsk oblastitravnik Andrey expressed interest in purchase of solutions of Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec, in particular the Kriptobiokabina software and hardware complex (KBQ), Situational center, a HSS Digital school.

Within the presentation of civil products of the Radio-electronic complex of the State Corporation Rostec passing on May 28-29 in Novosibirsk, the Avtomatika Concern submitted to Travnikov and other representatives of authorities of the SFD a number of the solutions providing comfortable life and the safe environment of the modern city.

"I already gave a command to consider the possibility of acquisition of some number of Kriptobiokabin for MFC which were presented at an exhibition today … The situational center – we understand that this project will need to be implemented in the nearest future", - Travnikov after acquaintance to exposure said. Also he showed interest in implementing solutions of Concern in the field of a digital energy, allowing to make condition monitoring of the equipment for the power industry.

He noted that a task of State Corporation Rostec - to propose complex project technical solutions. Also, according to Travnikov, it is necessary to work a possibility of equipment procurement of a HSS Digital school.

The KBQ performs registration of biometric parameters and makes activation of the made foreign passport of new generation on the basis of results two-factor biometric of verification of the applicant (legal representative). Represents the device in the uniform protected body with preset general-system and the application software, including information security tools.

The information and analytical system Situational center is a hardware and software system which provides information and analytical support of management decisions not only in peace time, but also in crisis and emergencies.

In total the Concern presented to the governor about 15 solutions, including the hardware and software system "Digital School" which is already successfully used in 350 educational institutions of Russia. This complex is development of "The Novosibirsk institute of program systems" (NIPS - is included into Avtomatika Concern) and is directed to increase in security, upgrade of a control system of admission of pupils in school and improvement of infrastructure of educational institution in general.

The NIPS project – a management system for city passenger transport "Smart Bus" which is implemented in the Kemerovo region is also submitted.

The system developed within the Smart City project includes video control function which performs automatic calculation of a passenger traffic with an accuracy of 98%, face recognition and the forgotten things in salon, registration numbers of the cars passing around. Besides, a system exercises automatic status monitoring of the vehicle and the operational notification of the operator about its faults.
