The new airport of Istanbul unrolled the system of digital service of passengers created on the basis of technologies of the Russian company TrueConf. In the territory of the airport placed network of interactive video booths which will allow visitors to get necessary advice with the help of high-quality video conference from any point of the airport.

The Russian technologies of video conference are integrated into the system of service of passengers of the new airport of Istanbul

The airport officially opened in April, 2019. It is expected service more than 200 million passengers in 350 different directions annually.

The territory of the airport covers more than 76 million square meters that together with constantly growing passenger traffic required implementation of digital technologies which would allow to bring customer service to new level and also to cut down staff expenses. The management of the airport made the decision to provide the visitors with an opportunity quickly to contact employees from any point of the airport quickly to resolve the arising issues: learn the schedule of runs, lay a convenient route, purchase tickets and so forth.

Specialists of the airport created the innovation system of remote service of passengers, having unrolled network of special video booths in the territory of the airport. As a hardware complex interactive booths of the Turkish company Cizgi were used. Using TrueConf SDK library for Windows the staff of the airport integrated into booths video conference which serves for communication between specialists and visitors of the airport.

The simple interface allows passengers to make video calls to service of the help of the airport in one click. The solution TrueConf automatically creates queue of calls and instantly connects the free operator by video conference in FullHD. At the same time all sessions register for the analysis and quality improvement of customer service of the airport.

Thanks to the built-in function of demonstration of content operators can quickly provide to passengers all necessary assistance: display the schedule of flights, the card of the airport and the other reference information.

The system of digital service based on video booths with TrueConf technology allows passengers to find quicker a way to the necessary gate and also without queues to get advice about services and services of the new air harbor "face to face" with representatives of the airport.
