• performing the functions of the customer-developer for the design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul of health facilities, education, culture, recreation, sports and other objects of social and communal-weather, administrative, housing stock, repair and restoration of cultural heritage;
• technical supervision of construction and compliance of scope, cost and quality of performed works with projects and estimated calculations, construction codes and rules for production and acceptance of these works, and also ensures implementation of author supervision by design organizations.

2022: Payment of funds to Delrus-DVRC for the slow adoption of MRI scanners

In early February 2022, the Arbitration Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug) recovered 387.4 million rubles from the Capital Construction Department (UKS) of the Tyumen Region in favor of Delrus-DVRC for the supply of medical equipment (MRI scanners and endoscopic complexes) for an unfinished hospital in Nizhnevartovsk. In addition, court expenses in the amount of 206 thousand rubles were recovered from the department. More details here.
